Your Role
As an Early Years Practitioner, you will help create a safe, happy, and inspiring space where children feel confident to learn, explore, and develop. Your passion and care will make a real difference every day.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver fun, creative, and play-based learning activities indoors and outdoors
- Support children's development, independence, and emotional wellbeing
- Contribute to observations and children's learning journeys
- Build positive relationships with parents, carers, and colleagues
- Follow safeguarding procedures and nursery policies at all times
What We're Looking For
- Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential)
- A kind, patient, and nurturing approach
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Good understanding of EYFS and safeguarding
