Your Role
As an Early Years Practitioner, you will help create a safe, stimulating, and caring environment where children can confidently learn through play and reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Support creative, play-based learning activities both indoors and outdoors
- Encourage children's development, independence, and wellbeing
- Assist with observations and learning journeys
- Build strong relationships with parents, carers, and colleagues
- Follow safeguarding procedures and nursery policies at all times
What We're Looking For
- Qualified (Level 2/3) or unqualified with relevant childcare experience
- A caring, patient, and positive attitude
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Basic understanding of EYFS and safeguarding, or willingness to learn
