As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in maintaining continuity of learning in the absence of teaching staff. You will deliver pre‑prepared lessons across a variety of subjects, ensure pupils remain on task, and uphold the school's standards of behaviour and engagement.
This role is ideal for:
- Graduates considering a career in teaching

Key Responsibilities
- Supervising classes during teacher absence
- Delivering pre‑planned work set by subject departments
- Managing pupil behaviour in line with school policies
- Promoting a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment
- Reporting back to the relevant staff with feedback after lessons

- Strong communication and classroom management skills
