MPS (Dependent on Experience) Location: Clitheroe, Lancashire Start Date: September 2026 - Fixed Term
Veritas Education are currently recruiting for an EYFS Teacher to join a dedicated and supportive staff team within a welcoming primary school based in Clitheroe, Lancashire.
The school has a strong community ethos and prides itself on creating positive relationships between children, staff, families and the wider community. In the Early Years, children are encouraged to explore, ask questions, develop their independence and learn through purposeful, engaging experiences in a safe and stimulating environment.
This is a full-time EYFS teaching position, and the successful candidate will take responsibility for delivering a high-quality Early Years curriculum. The role will involve creating engaging learning opportunities that support children's development across all areas of the EYFS, while ensuring that pupils develop the foundations they need for a successful transition through primary school.
The successful candidate will:
- Plan and deliver engaging, creative and purposeful EYFS learning experiences.
- Have a strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum.
- Provide a nurturing and stimulating environment that encourages children to explore and learn.
- Support children's communication, language, social and emotional development.
- Have high expectations for learning, behaviour and personal development.
- Use observation and assessment effectively to identify and respond to individual needs.
- Build strong, positive relationships with children, parents, carers and colleagues.
- Encourage independence, confidence, curiosity and resilience from an early age.
