Part-Time Supply Teacher MPS (Dependent on Experience) Location: Ribble Valley & North Yorkshire Border Start Date: September 2026
Veritas Education are currently recruiting for a Part-Time Supply Teacher to work across a cluster of welcoming and community-focused primary schools throughout the Ribble Valley and North Yorkshire border area.
The schools form part of a close-knit federation of small primary schools, each with its own unique character while sharing a strong commitment to providing children with a safe, nurturing and inspiring education. The schools place a high value on community, kindness, respect, inclusion and high expectations, with pupils encouraged to develop confidence, independence and a lifelong love of learning.
This is a part-time daily supply position, offering the opportunity to work across different year groups and schools throughout the federation and surrounding area. The role would suit a flexible and adaptable teacher who enjoys variety and is confident stepping into different classroom environments, whether covering planned staff absence or providing short-term teaching support.
The successful candidate will:
- Deliver engaging and purposeful lessons across the primary age range.
- Adapt quickly to different year groups, classroom environments and pupil needs.
- Demonstrate a secure understanding of the primary curriculum.
- Maintain high expectations for behaviour, learning and pupil achievement.
- Establish positive relationships with pupils and staff quickly.
