Veritas Education are working in partnership with a forward-thinking secondary school in the Bradford area to recruit an enthusiastic and talented Music Teacher. This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive school and inspire students through a vibrant and engaging music curriculum, with opportunities available for an immediate start or from September.

The Role
As a Music Teacher, you will deliver engaging lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, encouraging students to develop their musical knowledge, creativity, and performance skills. The successful candidate will be passionate about promoting a love of music and supporting students of all abilities to achieve their potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver high-quality Music lessons across KS3 and KS4
- Assess, monitor, and track student progress effectively
- Inspire students through practical and theoretical music activities
- Prepare students for performances, assessments, and examinations where applicable
- Maintain high standards of classroom management and behaviour
- Contribute to extracurricular music activities, concerts, and school productions
Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experience teaching Music within a UK secondary school setting
- Strong subject knowledge and a passion for music education
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
