Business & Finance Support Officer
???? S25, Sheffield ???? Full-time | 8:00am - 4:00pm
We are working with a welcoming and busy school in the S25 area of Sheffield who are looking to appoint a Business & Finance Support Officer to join their team on a full-time basis.
This is a varied, hands-on role and would suit someone who enjoys getting stuck in, using their initiative and supporting all areas of the school's back-office function.
The Role
This position is a real mix of responsibilities, including:
- Business and finance administration support
- General office and reception duties
- Recruitment and HR administrative support
- Handling enquiries from staff, parents and visitors
- Supporting the wider school operations as needed
No two days will be the same, so a flexible and proactive approach is essential.
The Ideal Candidate
- Experience in business, finance, or school administration
- Confident working across multiple admin functions
- Organised, approachable and professional
- Happy to take initiative and adapt to a busy school environment
- Strong communication and organisational skills
