This opportunity is open to both qualified practitioners and those with hands-on childcare experience. While Level 2 or Level 3 qualifications are preferred, a positive attitude and passion for working with children are just as important.
What we're looking for:
- Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (preferred) or relevant childcare experience
- A friendly, enthusiastic, and caring approach
- A passion for supporting children's learning and development
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
- A proactive attitude and willingness to get involved
- Basic safeguarding knowledge (or willingness to learn)
