We are currently recruiting for full-time and part-time positions, providing consistency and stability within a friendly and collaborative team.

What we're looking for
- Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification, or relevant childcare experience
- A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach
- Confidence supporting outdoor learning and play-based activities
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
- A genuine passion for supporting children's development and wellbeing
- Basic understanding of safeguarding and early years practices, or willingness to learn
