Teachers (ECTs welcome!)
- Confident delivering engaging lessons
- Strong behaviour management
- Flexible, positive approach
Teaching Assistants & Support Staff
- Experience with young people (education or transferable)
- Patient, adaptable, supportive
- Ability to work 1:1, in small groups, or general classroom support
A DBS on the Update Service is preferred, but we can help you apply if needed.

Depending on your skills and preference, you could be:
- Supporting pupils in class
- Assisting with SEN & behaviour needs
- Delivering pre-set lessons as a Cover Supervisor
- Providing 1:1 intervention
- Helping create a positive learning environment
- Covering short-term or long-term teacher absence
