We are seeking a dedicated Behaviour Support Worker to join a welcoming and inclusive primary school in the Horsforth area. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with pupils who require additional support to thrive in their learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with behavioural challenges
- Implement behaviour management strategies in line with school policies
- Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and external agencies
- Foster a safe, nurturing, and positive learning environment
Requirements:- Experience working with children in an educational or care setting
- Knowledge of behaviour management techniques
- Patience, empathy, and resilience
- A DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
