Your Role
- Supporting children throughout their day with play, learning, and activities
- Creating a safe, happy, and engaging environment
- Encouraging children's confidence, independence, and development
- Working alongside a supportive nursery team
- Building positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Assisting with daily routines and ensuring children's wellbeing is always a priority
What We're Looking For
- Previous nursery, childcare, or Early Years experience
- A caring, enthusiastic, and reliable approach
- A genuine passion for working with children
- Someone who enjoys working as part of a team
- Flexible and adaptable to support where needed
