What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting children through engaging play, learning, and creative activities
- Creating a safe, nurturing, and inspiring environment
- Building positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Encouraging children's confidence, independence, and development
- Observing and supporting children's progress in line with the EYFS framework
- Helping to create memorable experiences that make a real difference to children's lives
What We're Looking For
- Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare
- Previous nursery or Early Years experience
- A caring, positive, and enthusiastic approach
- A genuine passion for helping children learn and grow
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
