Nursery Bank Staff (Qualified or Unqualified Practitioner) - Part-Time East Keswick, LS17
Are you looking for flexible childcare work that fits around your lifestyle? We are currently recruiting Nursery Bank Staff to support a friendly and well-established nursery in East Keswick, LS17.
This is a fantastic opportunity for both qualified practitioners and individuals who are passionate about working with children. If you are unqualified, previous experience working with children is preferred.
As a Nursery Bank Staff member, you'll play a key role in supporting the nursery team, helping to create a safe, caring, and stimulating environment where children can learn, develop, and thrive.
The role will involve:
- Supporting children's learning and development through play and activities
- Assisting with daily nursery routines
- Helping to maintain a safe and welcoming environment
- Encouraging children's social, emotional, and physical development
- Working collaboratively with nursery staff to provide high-quality care
We're looking for someone who:
- Has a genuine passion for working with children
- Is reliable, enthusiastic, and adaptable
- Works well as part of a team
- Holds a relevant childcare qualification, or
- Has previous experience working with children if unqualified
- Can build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
