I'm currently recruiting for a really special independent nursery that is looking for a Room Leader / Senior Early Years Practitioner to join their team.
This is honestly a one-of-a-kind setting. It has a beautiful, modern and outdoorsy feel, with a huge focus on giving children an exciting childhood while making sure they feel loved, safe and cared for.
The nursery goes above and beyond when it comes to activities and experiences for the children, with things like yoga, rugby and lots of opportunities to explore, learn and have fun.
What really stands out about this setting is the atmosphere. The owner is genuinely involved with the staff, is always around and really cares about the team as much as the children. It has that lovely family feel where staff are valued, supported and listened to.
What they're looking for:* A Room Leader / Senior Early Years Practitioner* Experience working with children is preferred* Someone caring, enthusiastic and confident* A natural leader who enjoys supporting a team* Someone passionate about giving children the best possible start* A Level 3 Early Years qualification would be ideal
