Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting children's learning and development through engaging play-based activities
- Acting as a key person for a group of children
- Building strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues

- Supporting planning and observations in line with the EYFS framework
- Monitoring and celebrating children's progress and achievements
- Maintaining high standards of safeguarding and child welfare
Requirements:
- Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification
- Previous nursery or early years experience
- Good understanding of the EYFS framework
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A positive, caring, and enthusiastic attitude
- A genuine passion for helping children learn and develop
