Veritas Education are recruiting qualified Maths Teachers to work in secondary schools across East Lancashire for long‑term positions starting in September. These roles are full‑time and available on 3, 6, or 12‑month contracts, with several opportunities expected to continue on an ongoing basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for Maths specialists seeking stability, consistency, and the chance to make a real impact in the classroom.
The Role
- Deliver high‑quality Maths lessons across KS3 and KS4
- KS5 teaching available in some placements (desirable, not essential)
- Plan, assess, and track pupil progress effectively
- Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
- Work collaboratively with Maths departments and support staff
We Are Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experience teaching secondary Mathematics in UK schools
- Strong subject knowledge and confident classroom management
- Commitment to raising attainment and supporting all learners
- ECTs and experienced teachers welcome to apply
