Part-Time Geography Teacher - Burnley
June to July | 2 Days per Week | Via Veritas Education
Veritas Education is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Geography Teacher to work on a part-time basis (2 days per week) at a secondary school in Burnley, from June through to July.
This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Geography specialist looking for short-term, flexible work in a supportive school environment.
The Role:- Teaching Geography across KS3 and/or KS4 (depending on experience)
- Planning and delivering engaging, high-quality lessons
- Assessing student progress and providing constructive feedback
- Maintaining positive classroom behaviour and a strong learning culture
- Working collaboratively with the Humanities department
Requirements:- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experience teaching Geography in UK secondary schools
- Strong subject knowledge and classroom management skills
- Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
- Availability for two days per week between June and July
