About the Role
Veritas Education are recruiting on behalf of a welcoming primary school for a Year 3 Teacher to start immediately. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and dedicated teacher to join a supportive Key Stage 2 team and make an immediate impact on pupils' learning.
The school is open to applications from ECTs and experienced teachers.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the KS2 national curriculum
- Create a positive, inclusive, and well‑managed classroom environment
- Assess and track pupil progress, providing constructive feedback
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and support staff
- Promote pupil wellbeing and uphold safeguarding standards
Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential
- Experience teaching in a UK primary school (Year 3/KS2 desirable)
- Strong classroom management skills
- A proactive, enthusiastic, and adaptable approach
- A clear understanding of safeguarding responsibilities
