- Supervise classes across a range of subjects in the absence of the class teacher
- Deliver pre‑prepared work and ensure students remain on task
- Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
- Support students with questions and encourage positive engagement
- Build strong relationships with pupils and be a consistent, calm presence
- Work closely with teaching staff and pastoral teams
No planning or marking is required-your focus is on delivering lessons confidently and maintaining a productive classroom environment.
