The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Have experience supporting young people (school-based or transferable)
- Be confident working with KS3-KS4 pupils
- Be patient, adaptable, and positive
- Be able to work collaboratively with teachers and school staff
- Hold (or be willing to apply for) an Enhanced Child Workforce DBS
Your Role May Include:
- Providing one-to-one or small-group support
- Assisting pupils with additional needs
- Helping maintain a positive and engaging classroom environment
- Supporting teachers with lessons, behaviour, and resources
- Contributing to pupils' academic and personal development
