Veritas Education is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic History Teacher to join a well-regarded secondary school in the Wakefield area. This is a fantastic opportunity for an inspiring educator who can deliver engaging lessons across KS3 and KS4, with the role running immediately through to the end of the academic year.
The Role
- Deliver high-quality History lessons that motivate and challenge students
- Teach KS3 and KS4, following departmental schemes of work and contributing to planning where required
- Assess and monitor pupil progress in line with school and DfE standards
- Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment
- Participate in departmental meetings, CPD and wider school life

What We're Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification
- Experience teaching History at secondary level
