We are working closely with a well-established independent nursery in Leeds that is committed to providing high-quality care for both children and families. The nursery is proudly diverse, with staff who speak multiple languages, creating an inclusive and welcoming environment. About The Role
As a Qualified Early Years Practitioner, you will:
- Support children's development and overall well-being, following the early years EYFS standards
- Working together in a strong team, building connections and overall supporting one another
- Using your knowledge as a qualified practitioner to support with age-appropriate activities, both indoors and outdoors
Requirements:
- Level 3 Early Years Qualification (DfE recognised)
- A minimum 1 year working with or experience in a childcare setting
- Strong communication skills and works well in a team
- A true passion for working in Early Years
- Experience in Leadership and/or management
- Strong organisation and communication skills
- Strong knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding practices
