The successful candidate will:
Deliver high-quality, child-led learning experiences
Support curiosity-based and open-ended play
Contribute to in-the-moment planning and reflective practice
Build strong, nurturing relationships with children and families
Work collaboratively with the SEN team and external agencies
Help maintain a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment
What We're Looking For
Level 3 Early Years qualification or above
Strong understanding of the EYFS and child development
Experience with or enthusiasm for curiosity-based learning and Forest School approaches
A reflective, proactive practitioner with a passion for early years
Someone who values teamwork, creativity, and high-quality practice
