Breakfast & After School Club Leader
Location: Chorley Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:45am-8:45am & 3:00pm-6:00pm Pay: £14.50-£15.50 per hour Contract Type: Term-time only
We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic and experienced individual to lead our Breakfast and After School Club, supporting children from Reception to Year 6. This is a wonderful opportunity to play a key role in providing a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment within our primary school community.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver fun, stimulating and age-appropriate activities.
- Create a safe, inclusive and welcoming environment for all children.
- Lead, support and supervise staff within the club.
- Build positive and professional relationships with pupils, parents, and school staff.
- Uphold the highest standards of safeguarding, wellbeing and behaviour.
- Manage daily routines including registration, snack provision and activity setup.
Requirements
- Experience working with primary-aged children (Reception-Year 6).
- Strong organisational, communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to plan and deliver creative and structured activities.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
- Relevant childcare or education qualifications (desirable but not essential).
