Location: Seacroft, Leeds Start Date: ASAP Contract: Full-time, Term Time Only Role: Classroom Support & SEN Support (Dual Role)

About the Role
This is a dual-role position supporting children:
- In the classroom, helping to deliver engaging learning experiences
- With SEN needs, offering patient, tailored support to individual pupils
You will work closely with teachers and the SEN team to ensure all children-regardless of need-can access learning, build confidence, and develop independence.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality support within the classroom
- Work 1:1 or with small groups of pupils with additional needs
- Build positive, nurturing relationships with pupils
- Promote resilience, independence, and a love of learning
- Help create a calm, structured, and encouraging environment
- Support children both academically and emotionally as they learn through their mistakes

- Interested in developing skills in SEND support
- Confident working with a range of needs, including Autism, communication differences, or SEMH
- Able to work collaboratively as part of a supportive staff team
