What We're Looking For
Ideally Level 2 or Level 3 qualified in Early Years Education
Open to unqualified applicants with strong, relevant childcare experience
Proven experience leading a room or team in a nursery setting
Passion for child development and play-based learning
Familiarity with the Curiosity Approach or similar philosophies
Calm, confident leadership style and excellent communication skills
