Level 3 Early Years Practitioner - Term Time Only (BD3)
Location: BD3, Bradford
Contract Type: Permanent, Term Time Only
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:45 PM
Start Date: Immediate / Flexible
Salary: Competitive, based on experience and qualifications
Are you a passionate and qualified Early Years Practitioner looking for a term-time role in a nurturing, child-centred environment? A small, private day nursery in BD3 is seeking a dedicated Level 3 practitioner to join their team full-time during term time.
About the Nursery
This warm and welcoming nursery prides itself on creating a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment where children can thrive. With a strong focus on the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), the team supports children's development through play-based learning, child-led exploration, and positive relationships.
The nursery offers a small, family-like setting, allowing practitioners to build meaningful bonds with children and families. Staff are encouraged to bring creativity, curiosity, and compassion into their practice every day.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework
Support children's personal, social, emotional, and physical development
Observe, assess, and record children's progress
Build strong partnerships with parents and carers
Maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing environment
Work collaboratively with a supportive team
What We're Looking For
Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education (or equivalent)
Experience working with children aged 0-5
Strong understanding of the EYFS and child development
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
A caring, enthusiastic, and proactive approach
