The Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join the school's supportive team on a full-time basis. You will be working within the school's SEN classrooms and/or the specialist provision on site, supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support pupils with EHCPs in both mainstream and SEN settings
- Assist the class teacher and SENCO in delivering personalised learning plans
- Promote engagement, independence, and positive behaviour
- Adapt learning activities and resources to meet individual needs
- Provide emotional and social support to pupils throughout the day
Requirements:
- Previous experience supporting children with SEND (essential)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A caring, patient, and resilient approach
- Ability to work effectively within a team
- Relevant qualifications or training in SEND (desirable but not essential)
