About the Role:
We're seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Years Practitioner to join our vibrant team. You'll be working in a spacious, purpose-built setting that supports children from 0-5 years, delivering high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and implement engaging activities that support the seven areas of learning and development
Promote children's independence, curiosity, and emotional wellbeing
Observe, assess, and record children's progress using the EYFS statutory guidance
Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
Ensure safeguarding, health & safety, and inclusion are at the heart of your practice
Contribute to a positive, reflective, and child-centred team culture
Requirements:
Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent (e.g., CACHE, NVQ, BTEC)
Sound knowledge of the EYFS and child development milestones
Experience in a nursery or preschool setting (preferred but not essential)
A warm, nurturing approach and a genuine love for working with children
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
