Our client is a small, independent nursery in Leeds looking for a dynamic Room Leader to join thier close-knit team and help shape the next generation of curious, confident learners.

The Role
As Room Leader, you'll be a key part of our leadership team, responsible for:
Leading a team of practitioners to deliver high-quality, play-based learning in line with the EYFS
Creating a stimulating, inclusive environment that promotes exploration, independence, and creativity
Supporting key person responsibilities, including planning next steps, tracking progress, and building strong partnerships with parents
Championing safeguarding, wellbeing, and positive behaviour strategies
Bringing fresh ideas to enhance our continuous provision, outdoor learning, and cultural capital
What We're Looking For
We're seeking someone who is:
Level 3 qualified (or above) in Early Years Education
Experienced in leading a room or ready to step up into leadership
Confident in observing, assessing, and planning in line with the EYFS
A strong communicator who can inspire both children and colleagues
Passionate about inclusive practice, school readiness, and early intervention
Creative, reflective, and full of ideas to make learning magical
