About the Role:
- Lead and manage your own preschool room, delivering high-quality learning experiences
- Plan and implement EYFS-based activities that support all areas of development
- Foster children's communication and language, physical development, and personal, social and emotional wellbeing
- Create a stimulating, inclusive, and safe learning environment
- Observe, assess, and record children's progress, contributing to learning journeys
- Work collaboratively with parents, carers, and the wider nursery team
What We're Looking For:
- Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
- Experience in leading a room or working within a preschool setting
- Passionate about child development and early learning
- Confident, nurturing, and able to create a classroom-style environment within a nursery setting
