We partner with state, private, and independent schools, building strong, trusted relationships with our clients.
We are seeking proactive and approachable School Administrative Assistants to join secondary schools in West and South West London. This is a full-time, term-time role, starting as soon as possible.
Role Overview:As a School Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth running of the school office, assisting staff, students, and parents, and ensuring administrative processes are efficient and well-organized.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data entry and maintaining accurate records and filing systems
- Answering phones, managing emails, and handling enquiries
- Engaging with students, staff, and visitors to provide assistance with enquiries
- Maintaining office equipment and supplies to ensure smooth daily operations
- Supporting the preparation and distribution of school communications to parents and staff
- Providing administrative support for meetings and school events
Desired Skills and Attributes:
- Previous experience working as a school administrative assistant
- Proficient in school management software and general office applications
- Strong communication skills with a flexible and proactive approach
- Confident working both independently and collaboratively within a team
- Knowledgeable about safeguarding requirements, highly dedicated, and detail-oriented
