SEN Administrator Pay: £100-£120 per dayFull-time/ Term Time onlyEnfield, North London
As the SEN Administrator, you will provide high-quality administrative support to the SENCo and wider SEND team, ensuring that the administrative functions related to SEND provision are efficient, accurate, and compliant with statutory requirements.This is a crucial role that helps ensure our SEN processes run smoothly, enabling staff to focus on delivering the best outcomes for our students.
SEN Administrator Role:* Provide day-to-day administrative support to the SENCo and SEN team.* Maintain and update SEN records, including EHCPs (Education, Health and Care Plans), IEPs, and support plans.* Organise and minute SEN reviews, annual reviews, and multi-agency meetings.* Liaise with parents/carers, external agencies, and staff to support communication and follow-up actions.* Manage and track deadlines for EHCP reviews and ensure all statutory documents are submitted on time.* Assist in the preparation of reports and data for internal and external use.* Support with the coordination of SEN assessments, interventions, and referrals.
SEN Administrator Requirements:* Experience in a busy administrative role, preferably in an education or SEN environment* Excellent organisational and time-management skills* Strong communication and interpersonal abilities* High level of accuracy and attention to detail* Proficient in Microsoft Office and school management systems (e.g., SIMS, Arbor)* Understanding of GDPR and confidentiality requirements.* Knowledge of SEND Code of Practice* Previous experience supporting a SENCo or inclusion team* Familiarity with EHCP processes and terminology
