  • Drive students to off-site enrichment trips, ensuring safety, punctuality, and engagement
  • Promote safeguarding, inclusion, and equality in all aspects of school life
  • About you:

  • Experience working with children or young people with SEMH, SEN, or additional needs
  • Ability to apply positive behaviour management and trauma-informed practice
  • Valid driving licence and willingness to transport students to enrichment activities
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
  • Resilient, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced SEMH environment
  • What We Offer

  • A supportive and collaborative school community with a strong focus on SEMH development
  • Regular CPD and training in SEMH, safeguarding, and behaviour support strategies
  • The opportunity to make a significant difference in the lives of young people with SEMH needs
