About the Role:
We are looking for a qualified Early Years Educator (Level 3 or equivalent) to join our warm, friendly team. You'll help create an engaging, safe environment where children thrive emotionally, socially, and academically.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver fun, stimulating activities linked to the EYFS
Promote a safe, inclusive, and caring atmosphere
Build strong relationships with children, parents, and staff
Observe, assess, and record children's progress
Work collaboratively in a team that values creativity and care
About You:
Level 3 in Childcare/Early Years Education (or equivalent qualification)
A genuine passion for working with young children
Understanding of EYFS framework and safeguarding best practices
Positive, flexible, and proactive attitude
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
