What We're Looking For
We would love to hear from candidates who:
- Hold a recognised Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
- Have a passion for supporting children's learning and development
- Work effectively as part of a team and independently when required
- Can build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Can support a range of learning abilities and needs
- Follow and uphold school behaviour policies and safeguarding procedures
- Are adaptable, proactive, and eager to make a positive difference in the classroom
Previous experience is welcomed but not essential for all roles.
