Due to continued growth, we are looking to appoint an ambitious and driven Recruitment Consultant to join our successful Leeds branch. The Role
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing and developing your own education recruitment desk, working closely with schools and education professionals to provide outstanding staffing solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building and maintaining relationships with schools, academies and multi-academy trusts.
- Developing new business opportunities across your designated area.
- Sourcing, interviewing and registering teaching and support staff.
- Managing daily supply bookings and long-term placements.
- Matching candidates to suitable vacancies based on their experience and career goals.
- Conducting client meetings and school visits.
- Managing compliance and safeguarding processes.
- Working towards achievable sales and performance targets.
- Delivering a high-quality consultative service to both schools and candidates.
What We're Looking For
- Previous recruitment, sales or business development experience.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive and resilient attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Excellent organisation and time-management skills.
- Confidence managing multiple priorities and client relationships.
- Full UK driving licence is desirable.
Education recruitment experience would be advantageous but is not essential for the right candidate.
