We're currently recruiting Nursery Practitioners for welcoming and well-established nursery settings across Newcastle. Whether you're looking for a few days a week, regular ongoing work, or full-time hours, we can offer flexible opportunities that work around you.
We're keen to hear from both qualified practitioners (Level 2 or Level 3) and unqualified candidates with previous childcare or nursery experience who are passionate about making a difference in children's lives.

The Role
- Supporting children's learning and development through play and engaging activities
- Helping to create a safe, happy, and nurturing environment
- Encouraging children's confidence, independence, and social skills
- Building positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Supporting daily routines and ensuring children's wellbeing remains a priority
- Working as part of friendly and supportive nursery teams
What We're Looking For
- Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification, or
- Unqualified candidates with previous childcare or nursery experience
- A caring, positive, and enthusiastic attitude
- A genuine passion for working with children
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A flexible and reliable approach
