A welcoming and well-established primary school in Hayes is seeking an enthusiastic and caring Level 3 Nursery Nurse to join its Early Years team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Early Years practitioner who is passionate about supporting young children's development and helping them make the best possible start to their educational journey. The school is happy to consider candidates seeking either a permanent position or a long-term contract role.
The Role
- Supporting children within a busy and nurturing nursery provision
- Encouraging learning through play and structured activities
- Supporting children's social, emotional and educational development
- Creating a safe, engaging and positive learning environment
- Working closely with teachers, nursery staff and parents
- Acting as a positive role model for young children
The Ideal Candidate
- Holds a recognised Level 3 Early Years qualification (CACHE, NVQ or equivalent)
- Has previous experience working within a nursery or school-based Early Years setting
- Is caring, energetic and enthusiastic
- Has a strong understanding of child development and the EYFS framework
- Can build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues
- Paediatric First Aid qualification desirable but not essential
