Are you a passionate Level 3 Early Years Practitioner looking for more than just another nursery job?
We're recruiting on behalf of a truly exceptional independent nursery setting in Leeds that is looking to welcome a dedicated practitioner to its team on a temp-to-perm basis. The Role
- Support children's learning and development in line with the EYFS framework
- Plan and deliver engaging activities that encourage curiosity and creativity
- Promote outdoor learning and support Forest School experiences
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Observe and assess children's development and celebrate their achievements
- Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where every child can thrive
What We're Looking For
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years
- Previous experience working within a nursery setting
- A genuine passion for supporting children's development
- Enthusiasm for outdoor learning and nature-based experiences
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A caring, positive, and proactive approach
