The Role
- Deliver engaging learning experiences in line with the EYFS framework
- Support children's development through play, exploration, and outdoor learning
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Observe and track children's progress and achievements
- Create a safe, nurturing, and inspiring environment
- Champion the nursery's Forest School and outdoor learning approach
What We're Looking For
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years
- Experience working within a nursery setting
- A genuine passion for child development and learning through play
- Enthusiasm for outdoor learning and nature-based experiences
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A caring, positive, and proactive approach
