THE ROLE
As a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner, you will support children aged 0-5 years and help create a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment where children can learn, play and develop.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting children's learning and development through engaging, play-based activities
- Assisting with daily nursery routines, including mealtimes, personal care and outdoor play
- Supporting children's social, emotional and communication development
- Encouraging positive relationships and interactions between children
- Supporting children's individual learning and development needs
- Maintaining a safe, clean and stimulating nursery environment
- Working alongside nursery staff to provide high-quality care and education
- Following the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- A Level 3 qualification in Early Years, Childcare or an equivalent qualification - essential
- Previous experience working in a nursery or EYFS setting
- A good understanding of the EYFS framework and child development
- A caring, enthusiastic and flexible approach
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development
- A reliable and professional attitude
