Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant looking for something more consistent than day-to-day supply?
We're looking for confident, reliable and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to work full-time in primary schools across Wakefield, with a range of long-term opportunities available.
We know that when you've built up valuable classroom experience, you want a role where you can really use it. Somewhere you can get to know the children, become part of the school team and see the difference you're making every day.
???? We'd love to hear from you if you have experience with:
- Supporting children across EYFS, KS1 or KS2
- Working 1:1 or with small groups
- Supporting pupils with SEN, including autism, ADHD and additional needs
- Behaviour and emotional support
- Phonics, reading, literacy or numeracy interventions
- Helping teachers create a positive and engaging classroom environment
You might already be working as a Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant, SEN TA, HLTA or Behaviour Support Assistant and be ready for your next long-term role.

✔ Previous experience supporting children within a primary school or similar setting ✔ Availability for full-time work, Monday to Friday ✔ A positive, proactive approach in the classroom ✔ Reliability and commitment to a long-term placement ✔ A genuine passion for helping children learn and develop
