We're currently recruiting for an Early Years Practitioner to join a welcoming and well-established nursery setting in Sunderland. We are looking for both qualified practitioners (Level 2 or Level 3) and unqualified candidates with previous childcare or nursery experience who are passionate about making a difference in children's lives.

What We're Looking For
- Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification, or
- Unqualified candidates with previous childcare or nursery experience
- A genuine passion for working with children
- A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
