Teacher of Physical Education (PE)
Location: Eastlea Community School, London, E16 4NPSalary: £40,317 - £52,300 per annum (M1-M6, depending on experience)Contract: Full-time, Fixed Term - 1 Year (Maternity Cover)
We are currently recruiting on behalf of Eastlea Community School for an enthusiastic and dedicated Teacher of Physical Education (PE) to join their team on a one-year maternity cover contract.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality, engaging and inclusive PE lessons, supporting students to achieve their full potential both academically and personally.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging PE lessons across relevant key stages.
Assess and monitor student progress, providing appropriate challenge and support.
Promote positive attitudes towards sport, physical activity and healthy lifestyles.
Maintain high standards of behaviour, safeguarding and student wellbeing.
Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents and the wider school community.
Contribute to the wider life and development of the school.
