Veritas Education is working with a welcoming primary school in Colne, Pendle, to recruit an enthusiastic and committed Year 3 Class Teacher for a full-time temporary position until December 2026.
This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate teacher who can create engaging, inclusive and purposeful learning experiences and build positive relationships with pupils.
The Role
As a Year 3 Class Teacher, you will:
- Plan and deliver engaging KS2 lessons
- Follow and develop the KS2 curriculum
- Set high expectations for behaviour and achievement
- Adapt teaching to meet individual needs, including SEND
- Create a positive and engaging classroom environment
- Build strong relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues
- Support pupils' academic and personal development
We're Looking For
The successful candidate will:
- Have experience teaching Year 3 or KS2
- Hold QTS or equivalent teaching qualification
- Have strong classroom management skills
- Be enthusiastic, organised and committed
- Have high expectations of all pupils
- Work effectively as part of a supportive team
