Are you a recent graduate looking to gain valuable classroom experience before a career in teaching, psychology, social work, or SEND support?
We are working with supportive primary schools seeking enthusiastic Graduate Learning Support Assistants to provide classroom and 1:1 support for pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2.
The Role:
- Support pupils in class and through small-group interventions
- Assist children with SEND, including ASD and ADHD
- Help deliver engaging learning activities
- Promote positive behaviour and pupil development
- Work closely with teachers and SENCOs
We're Looking For:
- A graduate in any subject
- Passion for education and supporting children
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
- Experience working with children is beneficial but not essential
