Nursery Practitioner - Part-Time Opportunities
Location: Wakefield - WF1 & WF2 Organisation: Veritas Education
Are you looking for part-time work in Early Years?
Veritas Education is currently recruiting Nursery Practitioners for settings across the WF1 and WF2 areas of Wakefield.
We are looking for both qualified practitioners and unqualified candidates with previous experience working with children. If you're reliable, caring and passionate about Early Years, we'd love to hear from you.
The role:
- Supporting children's learning and development through play
- Helping to create a safe, happy and stimulating environment
- Building positive relationships with children and staff
- Supporting children's daily routines and activities
- Encouraging children's confidence and independence
- Working as part of a supportive nursery team
- Following EYFS and safeguarding procedures
We're looking for:
- Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification is preferred
- Unqualified candidates with previous childcare or Early Years experience are welcome
- A caring, reliable and enthusiastic approach
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- A genuine passion for working with children
