The Role
As an Early Years Practitioner, you will:
- Support children's learning and development through engaging, play-based activities
- Create a safe, caring, and stimulating environment
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Support children's individual learning journeys
- Encourage confidence, independence, and wellbeing
- Get involved in the day-to-day life of the nursery
- Work collaboratively with the wider nursery team
- Follow EYFS and safeguarding procedures
We're Looking For
- Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or Childcare
- Previous nursery or Early Years experience
- A caring, enthusiastic, and reliable approach
- Someone who enjoys being part of a team
- Strong communication skills
- A genuine passion for supporting children's development
